Lawrence Elmer Schneiter, Jr.

L.E. went to his Lord Sunday, February 17, 2014. He was born January 20, 1926 in Shawnee, Oklahoma to Lawrence E. Schneiter and May Doss Schneiter. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Jean and loving wife of 50 years Helen. He is survived by his sons; L.E. Schneiter, III and Mark Schneiter, a daughter Lauri Parker, his grandchildren; Lance and Katie Schneiter, Trent Schneiter, Hollie and Jeremy Carter, Kurt Schneiter, Samantha Parker, Cady Parker, great-grandchildren; Mackenzie Schneiter, Quinn Schneiter, Cale Carter, and Tyce Carter. L.E. grew up in Shawnee and attended Wilson Grade School, then finished Jr. High and High School in Mexico Military Academy graduating in 1944. He served as a Lieutenant in WWII seeing duty in Japan. He returned home and married Helen Jeanne McBroom in 1946. He then joined his father in the Coca-Cola Bottling Company. L.E. served on Bancfirst and many other boards during his business life. He loved to fish go to the lake and play cards. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. L.E. was truly blessed by family and friends.
