Lawrence "Larry" Alan Greb, of Norman passed away Oct. 25, 2015 at Norman Regional Hospital. He was born on Sept. 10, 1958, in the US Army Hospital, Frankfurt-am-Main, Germany to S.Sgt. Lawrence and Pauline Greb. He received his GED from MacArthur High School in Lawton. Lawrence was united in marriage to Mary Henfling on March 15, 1997 in Oklahoma City. He and Mary were members of the St. Francis of Assisi Parish Oklahoma City. For over 30 years Lawrence worked in the construction field in the cities of Dallas, Lawton and Oklahoma City. He was most proud of having owned his own businesses' Grebs Convenience Store in Tecumseh and Lawrence Greb Masonry. All will remember his faith, humor, intelligence, love for dogs and OU football. He was a loving husband, brother, uncle, and son. His greatest enjoyment in his life was spending time with his family and his friends. Lawrence is survived by his wife of eighteen years, Mary Greb of the home, mother Pauline of Lawton, OK, sister Joann and husband Jim Waters of Gadsden, AL, brother John and wife Charlene Greb of Oklahoma City, sister Mary and husband Russell Lohr of Harrisburg, PA, sister Pamela Sharp of Little Axe, OK, and sister Bridget and husband Brian Trimble of Lawton, OK and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews as well as other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father Ret S.Sgt. Lawrence Greb, two Sisters Catherine and Barbara, Brother Donald Greb; and brother-in-law Peter Sharp. An Evening Prayer service will be 7:00 pm on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at Smith & Kernke - 23rd Street Chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 am Friday, at Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 1901 NW 18th Oklahoma City Interment will follow immediately at Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
