Linda Carol Taylor

Linda Carol Walthall Taylor was born December 20, 1949 in Sherman, Texas into the family of Joe L. and Doris Walthall. She died on September 28, 2016 surrounded by her family in Edmond, OK. She married Lawrence (Larry) Taylor and together they were blessed with 46 years of marriage. Linda is survived by her husband, Larry; daughter, Heather Taylor Covarrubia, and her husband Rick; son, Marc L. Taylor and his wife Erin; grandchildren Rebecca and Cory Covarrubia and Samuel and Merideth Taylor, all of Edmond, OK. She is also survived by her mother Doris Crosby Walthall; brother Michael Walthall and his wife Kathy of Sherman TX; sister Lila Jo Walthall Martin of Jacksonville, FL; brother-in-law James and his wife Katherine; one uncle Dile Ray Walthall; one aunt Martha Crosby; along with four nieces and their children and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Joe L. Walthall; two aunts, two uncles and grandparents. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to any of the following organizations: The International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention, Friendship International, Whiz Kids, and Faith Comes from Hearing.
