Linette Marie Mills

Linette was called to Heaven on Tuesday Sept. 24, 2013 at Mercy Hospital in Okla. City, OK. She was born on October 4, 1953 to Bennie & Ann Schmidt in Hays, KS. Linette graduated from Plainville High School in 1971. She is survived by her husband, Rusty of the home; three children that she was so proud of, Chris Finnesy (Norie) of Fukuoka, Japan; Paula Finnesy Thaxton (Travis) of Owasso, OK; and Terry Finnesy (Lynn) of Plainville, KS. She was a grandmother to four beautiful grandkids, Destiny, Foster, Brunson & Kaiya. She is also survived by her mother, Ann of Hays, KS; two sisters and one brother. She is preceded in death by her father, one sister and one brother. She fought a courageous battle with M.S. since 1999. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 28th at Smith & Kernke Chapel.
