Louis Vincent Lepak, Jr., 67, went to the Lord peacefully on Nov 10th, 2010. Louie was born June 10th, 1943 in OKC to Louis Vincent Lepak, Sr. and Walburga Melchoir Schott. He attended St. Joseph's primary and graduated high school from Bishop McGuinness in 1961. He earned a Bachelor's degree from OSU, remaining a lifelong Cowboys fan, then received a Master's degree from OCU and a Ph.D. from OU. He loved his work, touching the hearts of countless souls during his professional career as a family counselor and clinical psychologist. He felt privileged to work alongside many wonderful people during the phases of his counseling career at Tri-City Youth & Family Center, Genesis Project, Presbyterian Hospital, Catholic Charities and St. Anthony's Hospital. He was also an adjunct professor for St. Gregory's University, UCO and OU. Louie served as an Oklahoma special education appeals officer. He received numerous awards and achievements in the fields of mental health and addiction. Dad communicated great love, acceptance, and compassion with a warm simple clarity. Always reaching out to others, he was an heroic example of how to live and die gracefully. Survived by his wife of 24 years, Jane; brothers Mike, Tom, and Greg; his sons Vince, Page, Jason and Brannon by his first wife Gloria; stepchildren Kittie, Danny, David, and Chris; 18 grandchildren; 2 great-grandsons; many dear aunts, uncles and cousins; and a large extended family, co-workers, and friends. The family appreciates the dedication of all who helped him fight his battle with pancreatic cancer for over 10 years. He is in our hearts forever, love you dad!
