Lynn Dale Duncan, 68, intercepted adversity and ran it back for a touchdown through the gates of heaven on February 14, 2017. Lynn was born in Oklahoma City on February 17, 1948 to Russell and Lola May Duncan. Upon graduating from John Marshall high school, Lynn attended Wichita State University on a football scholarship. While there, he earned Missouri Valley Conference Defensive MVP of the year and was named 3rd team All-American, to name a few. Lynn went on to sign with the Chicago Bears. In 2014, he was inducted into the Wichita State University's sports hall of fame. Lynn loved the outdoors, especially spending time with his wife, Kimberley and puppy, Kitty, at the lake. He enjoyed grilling, boating, western movies, watching football with his daughters and caring for his mother. Lynn was a respected businessman in the oil and gas industry. He founded IEM&T L.L.C, over 25 years ago and believed in hard work and trust. Lynn was preceded in death by father, Russell Duncan; brother, Kenneth Duncan; sister in law, Pam Duncan and nephew, Jacob Taylor. Lynn is survived by his wife, Kimberley Conway-Duncan; his three daughters, Mindi Johnston and husband Brian of Blanchard; Amy Beaulieu and husband Larry of Klein, TX; and Maggie Crawford and husband Gary of Cypress, TX. Mother, Lola May Duncan and brother, Randol Duncan. Grandchildren Madison, Duncan, Stratton, Kreighton, Jasmine, Romi, Holden, Marley, Jace and Jasper. Nephews, Greg and Jeff Duncan and his best buddy, Kitty. Lynn's requested Celebration of Life memorial details will be posted on social media and online shortly.
