Margaret Frances Von Tungeln

Margaret F. Tunison Hartmiller Von Tungeln died on November 19, 2020. She was born on February 7, 1921 to Frank W. and Grace Ryan Tunison in Oklahoma City, OK. She graduated from Our Lady's High School and attended Mount St. Scholastica College, Atchison, KS. She worked for many years at Pan American Petroleum Company prior to it becoming part of British Petroleum. Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ralph J. Hartmiller, her husband Lloyd Von Tungeln, her siblings Olive Tunison Freeny and Leonard T. Tunison and her niece Margaret F. Molinari. She is survived by her nieces Elizabeth Tunison Land, Nancy Tunison Gormley, Mary Louise Freeny Ullrick, Carolyn Freeny Simpson and Joanne Freeny Bushman and their children. Other survivors include her step children Vicki and Ron Hobson and Steve and Susan Von Tungeln and their children. The family would like to thank Myrna and Jerry Ragsdale for their many years of friendship to Margaret. Also thank you to Mylanie Adua, Megan Harrington, Halina Harmon, Virginia Allen, Tertia Cooks and Precious Cooks for the wonderful care they provided. A special thank you to Mercy Hospice nurse, Wendi Jakubiak. A private family Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at Christ the King Catholic Church with entombment to follow at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery Mausoleum.In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
