Margaret Jane "Margie" Barker

Margaret Jane "Margie" Gulley Barker, 79, loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend, passed on to her next life at her home in Edmond, OK. She passed quietly with her family by her side. She was born in Clarksburg, WV on November 2, 1941 and a graduate of Notre Dame High School.Margie will be remembered for her big personality and the infectious smile that would light up every room she entered. She never met a stranger and was always ready to help others in need. She was preceded in death by her parents Mary and Joseph "JB" Gulley and her sister, Nancy Buchannan. Margie is survived by her husband, Richard Barker; daughter, Tina Payne; granddaughter, Amanda Payne; three great granddaughters, Cieara Payne, Olivia Payne and Emalee Payne. She is also survived by two brothers, Tom Gulley (Linda) and Jerry Gulley (Dora). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30 a.m., Friday, October 29, 2021 at Christ the King Catholic Church.
