Maria Del Carmen Gramatges

Maria del Carmen passed away peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday morning, February 25, 2015. She was born in Santiago de Cuba, Cuba, and proudly made the United States her adoptive country in 1960. Maria del Carmen moved to Oklahoma in 2009 to live with her daughter, Gloria and her late husband, Takis Pantazis. She was a kind, gentle, and gracious lady who was much loved by all who knew her. Maria del Carmen is survived by her daughter, Gloria, of Oklahoma City; her two sons and their wives, Raul & Teresa Gramatges, and Roberto & Maribel Gramatges (all of Florida); eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Her positive and energetic spirit will be dearly missed by family and friends. Prayer Service 6:00 p.m. Sunday, March 1st at Smith & Kernke May Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Eugene Catholic Church at 11:00 a.m. March 2, 2015. Burial will be in Miami, Florida. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Society of Saint Vincent De Paul of St. Eugene Parish.
