Marianne Mcconville

Marianne McConville, 82, passed away peacefully on May 29, 2016 in Mesa, AZ. She was born July 15, 1933 in Oklahoma City to Edward R. and Hyacinth Babiak. She lived in Oklahoma City until moving to Mesa, AZ in 1996. She enjoyed a diversified professional career that was highlighted by her many years at the Oklahoma Farm Bureau. Marianne is survived by her sister Dorothy Desherow (Jim), children Karen Mickaliger ("Jimmer"), Sharon Carpenter (Bobby), and Hugh McConville (Brenda), grandchildren James, Heidi, Meredith, Jared, and Megan, and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Eugene, sons Paul and John, and siblings Robert, John Michael, Ginger Reagan, and Betty Jo Wilson. Her devotion to God and love for her family gave her comfort and peace. Marianne will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts. A prayer service will be at 4:00 PM Sunday, June 12, 2016 at Smith & Kernke Chapel, 14624 N. May Avenue. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 AM Monday, June 13, 2016 at the Epiphany of the Lord Catholic Church. Interment will follow in the Resurrection Memorial Cemetery.
