Marjorie Faye Rohrer

Marjorie Faye Rohrer, 90, was born on September 1, 1924 in El Dorado, KS, the daughter of Benjamin and Julia McGraw. She left this life on July 11, 2015. Marjorie was a graduate of St. Joseph's Old Cathedral, and attended Oklahoma A&M (OSU), where she met her husband, Harley Stephen Rohrer. Marjorie, "Marj", enjoyed reading books, plants, and sewing. She also enjoyed spending time with her sisters. They would often gather for a few days of fishing and catching up. Marjorie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt. One of her greatest joys was having her family gathered together. Her family had no doubt of the love she had for them. Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, husband, Harley, and sons: Abraham, Benjamin, Stephen, and Paul. She is survived by her children, and their spouses: Louise Anderson (John), Mary Gossett, Teresa Blomberg, Barbara Lasiter, David Rohrer, Roberta Maidt (Lindsay), Linda Meier (Mark), Joanne Hubby (Bill), and John Rohrer. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, their spouses, 10 great-grandchildren, brother-in-law (Sam Rohrer), and many nieces, and nephews. The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff at Grace Living Center in Edmond, and to the Good Shepherd Hospice staff for their excellent care and compassion. A Mass will be celebrated at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 3214 N. Lake Ave., OKC, on Friday, July 17th at 10 a.m.
