Mary Elizabeth Randall died on December 10, 2009. She was born July 26, 1920 in Fort Worth, Texas to Granville Luther Teague and Wilma Carson Teague. She moved to Oklahoma City at an early age. She attended Central High School. She attended Oklahoma State University where she was a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority. While attending Oklahoma State University she met Christopher Boysen Randall and they were married in the early 1940s. They had two children, Chris Teague Randall and Richard Alan Randall. While raising her children, Mary Elizabeth attended Oklahoma City University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in elementary education. She then attended the University of Oklahoma and obtained a Master's of Social Work. She began her career as a social worker at Sunbeam Home and Family Services and then worked as a case worker for the Veteran's Administration Hospital. After her husband retired they traveled to England, Greece, Turkey, France, Germany, Ireland, China and many other countries. She enjoyed vacationing during the summer in Colorado and New Mexico and was always ready for an adventure. She just recently returned from a two week trip to South Carolina to visit family members. She was an accomplished seamstress and was always ready for a game of cards. She was a member of All Souls' Episcopal Church and a member of the Guild of St. George. She also enjoyed her work as a Stephen's Minister. Mary Elizabeth is survived by her son Chris Teague Randall and his wife, Sandy, of Aiken, South Carolina, and her son, Richard Alan Randall of Oklahoma City. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Daniel Christian Randall and his wife, Leigh, of Greenville, South Carolina, Jennifer Lynn Stock and her husband, Chris, of Greenville, South Carolina, and Elizabeth Leigh Kerran and her husband, Eric, of Oklahoma City. She was very proud of her three great grandchildren, William Furtick Randall, Hampton Teague Randall and Preston Clarence Kerran. She was always very close to her former daughter-in-law, Susan Elizabeth Randall, of Oklahoma City. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends and especially her beloved four-legged companion, Maggie.
