Mary Kathryn Kunc McFadden was born to Eugene and Patricia Kunc in Oklahoma City on May 21, 1964 and entered into eternal rest on December 22, 2019. She graduated from Bishop McGuinness Catholic School in 1982 and received her undergraduate degree from Trinity University. She later attended Oklahoma City University School of Law where she earned a Juris Doctorate degree and was the founder of MKK Law. She lectured and taught continuing legal education in many areas of law and was an adjunct professor at Metropolitan College of Oklahoma teaching Administrative Law. Kathy was inducted into the Oklahoma Telephone Association's Hall of Fame in 2014. Kathy had many interests which included traveling and a love of ballet and served on the board of the Ballet Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her loving husband of 19 years, Steve McFadden; son, Shane McFadden (Jenna) and their children, Trent and Allyson McFadden; brothers, Chris Kunc (Sue) and daughters, Kristen and Jennie; Rick Kunc (Pam) and children, Patrick and Laura; brother-in-law, Kenny Sharp (Susie); aunt, Jackie (Bill) Medley; uncle, Paul Fennessey (Suze); and numerous cousins, great nieces and great nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be at Christ the King Catholic Church on Saturday, January 4 at 11:00am with interment following at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Oklahoma City Ballet.
