Mary Lou 'Mary Lou Harroz-Hawkins' Hawkins

Mary Lou Hawkins passed away on Dec. 9, 2010. She was born May 14, 1928 in Drumright, OK, the daughter of Nickolas and Rakiea Swyden Harroz. She lived in Midwest City for many years where she volunteered for fund raising efforts for public service agencies. Mary Lou was associated with Crest Foods for over 40 years. She was a member of St. Elijah Antiochian Orthodox Christian Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband M.C. Hawkins, two brothers, Floyd Andeel and Edward Harroz, and two sisters, Frances Francis and Josephine Bayouth. She is survived by stepsons, Marvin Hawkins and wife Yonavea, and Dale Hawkins and wife Gayle; brothers, Dr. Joseph Harroz and wife Mary Ann, and Nick Harroz, Jr. and wife Cherry; sister, Jennie Greene; sister-in-law, Dorothy Harroz; and numerous nieces and nephews. Special appreciation is extended to her caregiver, Raymond Raincrow, and the staff of Mercy Hospital and Epworth Villa for their superior care of Mary Lou.
