Maurice Leland Murphy

Maurice Leland Murphy died Dec. 9, 2012, in Oklahoma City. He was born May 1, 1924, in Oklahoma City. He is survived by his wife, Lillian, sister, Betty, son, Robert, daughter, Nikki, step-daughter, Sandy, seven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his sister, JoAnn. Visitation will be Wednesday from 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. at Smith & Kernke Funeral Home on N. May. A funeral service will be held Thursday, Dec. 13, at 2 p.m. at First Christian Church, 3700 N. Walker. Contributions may be made in his memory to Salvation Army.
