Maxine Marie Sexton

Maxine Sexton of Oklahoma City, passed away peacefully at her home on January 4, 2013. She was 99. She was born on June 1, 1913 to Frank Kassel and Rhoda Deveres in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Maxine was married to Kenneth Sexton for 40 years and had three children. She loved hosting, and preparing big dinners on Sundays and holidays, for her whole family to enjoy. Maxine led by example and put her family first. Maxine is preceded in death by her parents Frank Kassel and Rhoda Deveres; her husband Kenneth Sexton; sons Dan Sexton and Michael Sexton. Along with Gussy Kassel, Hope Kassel, Alonzo Kassel. She is survived by her daughter Sheri Misleh and her daughter-in-law Karen Sexton. Grandchildren Marcie Sexton, Dani Sexton, Jennifer Gary, Tobe Sexton, Christy Mowery and Wendy Donwerth. Great-Grandchildren Kevin Yeisley, Kami Yeisley, Nick Mitchell, Matthew Harmon, Ashley Harmon, Clay Mitchell, Christopher Mitchell, Julie Barr, Cody Donwerth, Brandon Donwerth, and Josette Sexton. Great Grandchild Hailey Morris.
