Michael Paul Desherow was called home by our Savior Saturday July 22nd at the age of 40. He was known for his athletic accomplishments and a fierce competitive nature. Michael twice represented Oklahoma in the AAU National Basketball Championships. Michael was a gifted and talented technical recruiter for several successful IT consultant firms. He was MVP recruiter of the year at Renaissance World Wide and most recently worked at the Coddington Group LLC . Michael was an avid OU football fan and an accomplished angler. Michael was preceded in death by his brothers Edward James Desherow 32 and Douglas Keith Desherow 49. Michael is survived by his loving parents, James and Dorothy Desherow of Edmond, OK; his brother, Beau Desherow of Chicago, IL; his sisters, Victoria Boren of Noble, OK and Deborah Williams of Ozark, AR; his oldest nephew, Briston Lowry, whom he considered a brother; as well as numerous other nieces, nephews and extended family. An evening prayer service with reception to follow will be held 7pm Thursday, July 27th at the funeral home. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10am Friday, July 28th at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Edmond. Michael will be laid to rest beside his brothers at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery in OKC.
