Michaela Rose Savill, 45, died Friday, June 25th 2010 at Mercy hospital of breast cancer. She was born on Jan 15th, 1965 in Elk City, Oklahoma to Leona Lee and Gary John Garner. She grew up in El Reno and graduated from El Reno high school. She received her associates degree from Central State University in business administration. After twelve years in insurance, Michaela began her life-long calling as a stay-at-home mom. She loved reading, playing word games with her husband, planning events, summers with her daughter, her dog Blackberry, and laughing. She had a love for people and relationships. Michaela always made the right decisions no matter how difficult or costly. Michaela was a member of Church of the Servant and volunteered at her daughter's school, Crossings Christian School. She is survived by her husband, Dennis, daughter Olivia Rose (age 8), brother Steven Garner and his wife Becky of Bethany and brother Eddie Garner and his wife Joanne of Stigler and adopted grandmother Rita Wagg of Oklahoma City. She is preceeded in death by father and mother, Gary and Leona Garner and grandmother Rose Lavoie. Michaela will be sorely missed by those who had the joy to know her.
