Michelle "Missy" Lampkin, age 51, recently of Parkersburg, West Virginia, died of natural causes in Denver, Colorado on January 12, 2015. She was a shooting star who lit up every room she walked into with her irresistible smile and laughter. She made us smile. She made us laugh and cry. Born in Oklahoma City on August 16, 1963 to the late Ben T. Lampkin and survived by her mother, Toni Lampkin of Edmond, OK, and five sisters Julee Coyle, and her husband J.W. Coyle, III of Oklahoma City; Katie Lampkin Marshall of Oklahoma City; Tori New, and her husband Scott New of Oklahoma City; Holly Lampkin and her companion Robin Koch, of Oklahoma City; and Nikki Lockton, and her husband Steve, of Greenwood Village, CO. She is survived by nieces and nephews who she loved more than anything, Park Oruch, Ruby Coyle, Billy Coyle, Bob Coyle, Natalie Marshall, Charli New, Roxy New, Benjamin Brody, Olivia Lockton, Carley Lockton and Stephen Lockton, Jr. Missy is also survived by the love of her life, John Beard, who brought her peace, great joy and happiness every day for the last 4 years. Not to be forgotten, her spiritual advisor, Benny the Beagle. Missy loved people and could talk to absolutely anyone about anything. Her enthusiasm seemed to energize everyone around her. She loved nature, trusted animals, adored children, and traveling was a favorite thing of hers to do. She said on Facebook that her five favorite words were: "charge it to the room".
