Mike Jackson

James Michael Jackson of Oklahoma City, born on August 26, 1937 in Duncan, OK passed away on August 25, 2015 at the age of 77. Michael was preceded in death by his father, James Miles Jackson, mother, Frances Louise Jackson, and brother Stuart Edwin Jackson. Michael is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Parker of Edmond, OK, son, Monte Jackson (Barbara) of Atlanta, GA, and two grandchildren, Catherine and Miles; brother, Dennis Jackson of Denver, CO, former spouse, Phyllis Jackson and devoted companion, Rosemary Vowell. Friends may pay their respects at Smith & Kernke, N. May on Saturday, August 29, 2015 from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Don Grantham Funeral Home, 1502 N. 81 Highway, Duncan, OK 73533. Interment will follow at the Duncan Cemetery. Please join us following the services for a dinner and celebration in honor of Michael's life at the Duncan Golf and Tennis Club, 1800 Country Club Rd., Duncan, OK 73533.
