Nita Marie Arterburn

Nita was born in Oklahoma City, the daughter of Rose Marie and Rhett Ellis Arterburn. She passed away of natural causes at her home in Oklahoma City. Nita worked at the U.S. Post Office. She enjoyed riding motorcycles and listening to rock music and loved her two cats, Silly and Midgie. She is survived by her mother, Rose; sister, Dee Nash (William); nieces and nephews, Ashley Nash, Megan Secrest (Robert), Brennan Nash and Claire Nash; her brother, Michael Shobert; and her companion, Anthony Nichols. She will be remembered lovingly by all of her family and her many friends. A memorial service will be held Friday, January 5, 2018, at 1 pm at Smith & Kernke N. May Chapel.
