Norma Faye Huff-Tew was born in Tecumseh, OK, and passed peacefully at her home. She was a very active mother, serving as homeroom mother, a member of PTA and as a Den Mother for the Boy Scouts. She had been a member of the Order of Eastern Star since 1990 and a volunteer Republican. Norma was also a member of Quail Springs Baptist Church and the BYKOTA Sunday School Class. She was preceded in death by her parents, Letha and Carter Tacker, and her husband Lt. Col. Lewis Tew. She is survived by her daughter, Bonnie Cook and son, Richard Huff; grandson, Carl Dewey Huff; two great grandchildren, Autumn Lee and Colton Huff; one brother, John Tacker; two sisters, Aletha Stidham and Nancy Starr; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 20 at 2 p.m. at Quail Springs Baptist Church, 14613 N. May Ave. Burial will follow in Tecumseh.
