Patrick Michael Boylan, age 57, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away on Tuesday, June 1, 2021, after a battle with cancer. Patrick was born May 30, 1964, in Norman, Oklahoma, the son of Michael and Erin Boylan. Patrick graduated from Red Oak High School in Red Oak, Iowa, where he was the school's mascot, active in Mini-Singers, scorekeeper for the basketball team, and active in Future Business Leaders of America, serving as National Treasurer. While earning his Bachelors of Science Degree in Finance at the University of Oklahoma, he started PDC Productions in Norman, OK, travelling frequently for conferences and events for over 30 years. Patrick operated J. Bruner's Restaurant at Lake of the Ozarks and The Haunted House in Oklahoma City. Patrick was a past member of the Sooner Centurions, active in the Greater OKC Chamber and Meeting Professionals International where PDC Productions was awarded the Global Paragon Award for excellence in meeting planning. When not working, Patrick enjoyed travelling, fine dining, OU football, and time on the water. Patrick was preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Erin Boylan and his brother, Philip. He is survived by his husband Aleksandr Cyplakov of Chicago, Illinois; brother Brian of Scottsdale, Arizona; Aunt Karen Humes of Littleton, Colorado; Uncle, Dr. Donald (Cassie) Fischer of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Aunt Nan (Don) Dew of Barron, Wisconsin, as well as several cousins. Visitation will be Monday, June 7, 2021, at 9am at St. Joseph's Old Cathedral in Oklahoma City with Mass of Christian Burial following at 10am.
