Patrick Neal Tanner

Patrick Neal Tanner, 34, joined his heavenly father on May 24, 2016. He was born October 28, 1981 in Phoenix, AZ to Neal and Paula Tanner. He was a father, son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, boyfriend and friend. He worked as an electrician for General Lighting, a job he loved for a company he enjoyed. He was raised in Arizona and moved to Oklahoma during his sophomore year of high school. Patrick was preceded in death by his mother, Paula Tanner; maternal grandparents, Charlie and Mary Bartlett; paternal grandparents, Wayne and Phyllis Tanner, Maternal aunt Connie Clayton and Maternal uncle Charles Bartlett. Survivors include son, Aiden Tanner, OKC; father, Neal Tanner, Edmond; sister and brother-in-law, JoeLee and Charlie Mills, Edmond; nephew, Benjamin Mills, Edmond; girlfriend Lindsey Adeniran, OKC and her two daughters Braleigh and Brianna; maternal uncle and aunt Glynn and Diane Bartlett, paternal uncles and aunts Wayne "Skip" and Corrie Tanner, AZ and Ron and Julie Tanner, AZ; and various cousins, Burt Thornton, Chantell Womack, Marynelle Clayton, Stoney Clayton, Tim Tanner, Susan Inselman, Charlie Bartlett, Jeanette Estes, Ellyn Bartlett, Evann Bartlett, Amanda Stitt, Jordan Tanner, Tyler Tanner, and David Bartlett. Visitation will be Friday, May 27 6:00-8:00 pm, with family present at Smith-Kernke. Services will be Saturday, May 28, 1:00 pm at Smith-Kernke Chapel. Interment will be at 10:00 am Tuesday May 31, in Lamesa Cemetery, Lamesa, TX.
