Paul A. Rosehamer

Paul A. "Rosie" Rosenhamer, 89, was born in Wichita, KS to Joseph A. and Grace A. (Leamon) Rosenhamer and passed away in OKC. He attended North High School in Wichita and played minor league baseball for a short period after graduating. Paul then served in the Navy and was a survivor of Iwo Jima. He then met and married Jean Riedel and they spent 47 years together. Paul worked for Sam the Window Man in Wichita and, after moving to OKC, worked for Allstate and retired in 1985. After retirement, Paul moved to Ardmore and was a survivor of he May 3, 1995 tornado. His hobbies included water skiing, fishing and anything outdoors. Paul was also a lifetime member of the Knights of Columbus. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Jean, as well as two sisters. Paul is survived by daughter, Linda, and husband, Ken Paul; son, Gary, and wife, Beverly Rosenhamer; son, John, and wife, Suzi Rosenhamer; daughter, Angie, and husband, Keith Dawson; sister, Jeraldine Davis; as well as 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
