Paul J. Kelly, Jr. was born on July 28, 1947, to Patty and Paul J. Kelly, Sr. He died on January 25, 2021 after a short illness. He was greeted in Heaven by 8 adoring bird dogs, so happy to see their best friend. Off they will go hunting quail.Paul was a graduate of Northwest Classen High School and Southwestern University. He had a career in banking with Liberty and Fidelity Banks until 1980 when he started his own oil and gas business.He was preceded in death by his father, Paul J. Kelly, Sr., and daughter, Tracey. He is survived by his wife, Sara; his mother, Patty Kelly Stevens; his son, Jason Black (Melody); sister, Carole Summers (Randy); two grandchildren, Jordan and Brinker Black; three nieces and daughter, Dr. Emily Kelly.Friends and neighbors will miss his freshly roasted coffee beans, delicious homegrown cucumbers, and funny emails. Due to COVID, a family graveside service was held.The family would appreciate phone calls, email or texts. In lieu of flowers, the family asked contributions be made to the Central Oklahoma Humane Society."Goodnight, honey. I love you."
