Quinn ParkerNovember 6, 1933 – May 6, 2019Quinn served his Country in the Navy during the Korean War and loved his country dearly. He was a man of many interests that ranged from mud racing to Broadway Musicals, from gun shows to Bible Studies. He was honest, truthful, insightful, and liked to share his opinion. He was a gentle soul who loved to pray with the rosary group on Tuesdays, visit the sick, and share his faith. He was a loyal friend, a loving father and father-figure to many. In his senior years he reached out to the friends he could find with whom he shared his life journey to reconnect and reminisce. He recognized how many good mentors, teachers and friends shaped his life and wanted to say thank you. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Into your hands, Lord, we commend his spirit. An Evening Prayer Service will be held at 6:30pm on Monday, May 20th at Smith & Kernke, 14624 N. In lieu of flowers, family requests memorial contributions to St. Eugene Catholic Church for their capital campaign.
