Richard Eric Mears

Richard Eric Mears passed away January 11, 2012 in his home in El Reno. He was born June 17, 1970, in Oklahoma City. He served in the Army during Desert Storm. He loved family. He enjoyed watching football and was an avid OU and Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He is survived by his mother, Fran Mears of Edmond; his wife, Sharon Mears of the home; two children, Shelby Cowan of El Reno and Jacy Cowan of the home; and numerous cousins, family and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Margaret and Guy Guilliams and his father, John D. Mears.
