Robert Mulcahy passed away peacefully September 13, 2017 at the age of 89. He was born on July 17, 1928 to George and Lucy Mulcahy in Milton, Massachusetts. Bob started his career with the FBI in 1946 in Washington, D.C. His career spanned 34 years as a Special Agent working the last 11 years in Oklahoma City culminating in a personal commendation from J. Edgar Hoover. In retirement, he started his own private investigation agency and wrote several books on his special cases. Bob was also an avid golfer and horse racing enthusiast. He is preceded in death by Lillian, his wife of 66 years. He is survived by his children Maureen Martin and husband Dr. Chris Martin, Kathy Pool, Richard Mulcahy and wife Robynne, Kelly Lyons and husband John, his grandchildren Mike Mulcahy, Andrea Marchant, Matt, David, and Scott Martin, Ryan, Sean, and Colin Mulcahy, and his great-grandchildren Lucy and Finley Marchant, and Jade and Rebel Jones. The family would like to thank Tom Goldsworthy for being a great friend of the family, and Sooner Hospice for all their help and kindness.
