Robert Perry "Bob" was born in Oklahoma City on September 20, 1942. He graduated from Harding High School and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business from the University of Oklahoma where he pledged Kappa Sigma fraternity and was Student Body President. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law and was a 50-year Oklahoma Bar Association member. After Law School, Bob served as a Captain in the US Army serving in Okinawa, Japan. He was President of Moore's Cycle & Supply Co. He was also a Special Judge of the Oklahoma City Municipal Court for twelve years. Bob was founder and first president of Japan America Society of Oklahoma, past president of Oklahoma City Executives Club, served on the Board of Directors for the Downtown Lions Club, and was a member of the OCU Alumni Board. Bob was awarded the OU Gamma-Kappa Chapter of Kappa Sigma Fraternity 1985 Man of the Year.Bob is survived by his wife of 48 years, Bobbie Moore of Oklahoma City, and son, Robert Moore and Leigh of Mustang, and two grandchildren, Luke and Everly. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bob Sr. and Rosemarie Moore, and by his brother, John Moore. His family and friends will remember Bob as a truly good man and friend. May, beginning at 9am Friday, February 28th with the family receiving friends from 6pm to 8pm.Celebration of life will be at New Hope United Methodist Church, 11600 N. Council Road, Oklahoma City at 1pm Saturday, February 29th, followed by burial at Memorial Park Cemetery.
