A beloved mother, grandmother, sister, cousin, and friend, Sandra Aileen Price passed away unexpectedly, at 76, on December 5, 2019. Born in Oklahoma City to Norman and Jane Thompson on September 3, 1943, Sandy, as she was known, grew up in Oklahoma City, where she attended Bishop John Carroll School and Bishop McGuinness High School. She later attended Oklahoma State University, where she met D.J. Stuart, Jr., whom she married on June 12, 1965. After living in Oklahoma City, Maryland, and Colorado Springs, Sandy and D.J. settled in Pawhuska, OK with their four children. Sandy made many wonderful friends there, whom she cherished to her final moments. She spent many wonderful years with John and assisted him with his family farm. After John's passing, Sandy spent 10 touching years with her partner, Bob Craig, until his passing in 2017. Sandy was a sweet soul, whose bright smile and kindness made everyone she met feel special. She took a genuine interest in everyone she met. Anytime she knew someone was in need, she reached out. She devoted her life to helping others. Most of all, she loved her children and grandchildren deeply and treasured every moment with them. Her greatest joy was spending time with them and going to their events. For the past two years, she loved living in her new home in Edmond and took so much delight in spending time with her family, getting to know her new neighbors, and enjoying more time with her cherished high school friends. Sandy is preceded in passing by her parents, Norman and Jane Thompson; husband, D.J. Stuart, Jr.; husband, John Price; and partner, Bob Craig.
