Sharon Lee Ratcliff, 75, passed away on September 6 following a brief illness. She was born on October 26, 1935 in Axtell, Kansas to Flyn and Dorothy (Drotts) Burrell. Sharon graduated from Topeka High School in Topeka, Kansas. She married Gene Ratcliff in August of 1953 and they have resided in the Oklahoma City area for over 40 years. Sharon is survived by her husband of 58 years, Gene Ratcliff. She is also survived by her daughters, Brenda and husband Neal Stockham, of The Woodlands, TX; Linda and husband Scott Mendenhall, of Richardson, TX; grandsons, Nathan Stockham, of Dallas, TX and Brian Stockham of Austin, TX; step-granddaughters, Megan Mendenhall and Sarah Mendenhall, of Dallas, TX; sister and brother-in-law Barbara and Chris Ladner of Solomon, KS; and several nieces and one nephew. Sharon enjoyed being a wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She never tired of helping others. Her fun-loving spirit, generosity, and integrity will long be remembered by all those who knew and loved her. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Salem Lutheran Church, 2590 Navajo Road, Axtell, Kansas 66403.
