Stone Matthew Galaway

Stone Matthew Galaway, 21, passed away on January 16, 2022, in Tampa, FL. He was born on October 5, 2000, in Edmond, OK to Melissa and Paul Galaway. Stone was a free spirit. He found himself most at home in the great outdoors. He was a lover and incredibly fierce protector of all animals. Stone was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Horace C. and Billie Faye Galaway; cousin Rick Ramirez; and most recently his maternal grandfather Charles H. Harkey who passed away on January 21, 2022. Survivors include his mother Melissa Ann Galaway and stepfather Barry Burrows, his father Paul Clifton Galaway; sister Skye Galaway; grandparents Glenn and Margaret Miller; aunts Diane C. Harkey, Joyce Kelley; uncles Mark and David Galaway; and numerous extended family and friends.Stone is also survived by his four legged "bestie" Tango. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at Smith and Kernke N. May Ave. Chapel. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
