Sue 'Sue Caston Foltz' Foltz

Sue Caston Foltz went to be with her Heavenly Father. She was born in OKC to Russell and Roxy Caston and grew up in OKC. She graduated from Classen High School and attended OU where she was an active & loyal Tri-Delta sorority member, and remained active in alum activities for many years. Sue met the love of her life, Howard Foltz, while at OU. They married in 1950 and spent 53 wonderful years together. She loved the years they shared together raising their 3 children, gardening, playing tennis, traveling, and entertaining for friends and family. She loved cooking, sewing, decorating and playing Mah Jongh with her dear friends. Many fond memories were made of family gatherings at their special summer cabin in the Colorado Mountains. More than ever, Sue devoted her love and caring energy to her children and grandchildren. They were her complete joy and loves of her life. She was a faithful servant, devoted to her Lord and to her church, Christ the King Catholic Church. Sue gave of her heart and countless hours to the St. Lawrence Ministry. Sue was always full of life, energetic & always on the go. She was known for her love, her beautiful smile and generosity to everyone. Sue would help anyone and if anyone was in need, she would always start cooking. She will be greatly missed and remembered whole-heartedly as a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother and most of all, a dependable, trustworthy friend who never failed to be kind and giving to everyone she met. What a glorious and magnificent life. Sue was preceded in death by her sweet husband Howard, and beautiful, loving son, David, brother Russell Caston and his lovely wife, Jeanette. She is survived by her son Dan and wife Wendi and their children Marshall and Harbour of OKC and daughter Julie Webber and husband Rob and their children Woody, Corbin, and Erin of Denver, CO, and daughter in-law Lynn Foltz and her children Ali, and Claire of OKC, her precious nieces and nephews, Janet and Jim Blakely, of Parrish, FL, Cindy and Bill Davis of Tulsa, OK., and Rusty and Andie Caston of OKC. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 3, at Christ the King Catholic Church with burial to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the St. Lawrence Ministry, in c/o Christ the King Church, 8005 Dorset Drive, OKC, OK 73120.
