Theresa "Terry" Molinelli

Theresa (Terry) Molinelli was born in New York in 1931. She grew up with her mother Nancy, brother Matthew, cousin Carol, and numerous aunts and uncles in her large, extended Italian family. She met her husband, Jim, in the 1950's while working at Rockefeller Center in New York City, and they married in 1958. Together they raised two children, Jim and Patty. Home was wherever her family was… first in Brooklyn, then in Westbury, followed by New Jersey, Texas, and finally Oklahoma. Terry was multi-faceted and had an innate ability to reinvent herself many times over the years. Her careers encompassed several different fields and positions including executive secretary, court reporter, columnist, and computer manual writer. Regardless of what position she held, she would tell you the two best jobs she ever had were "wife" and "mom". Her interests included playing bridge, painting, golfing and bowling. She was generous and selfless, always putting God, her family and friends first. She looked for and saw the best in people. Terry loved to laugh, enjoyed meeting new people and had the ability to make a stranger feel like a longtime friend by the end of their first encounter. There are people you meet that make an impact whether you've known them for a moment or a lifetime. Terry was one such person. "A life that touches the hearts of others goes on forever" Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, July 10, 2015 at 10 a.m. in St. Joachim Chapel located in Saint Ann's Retirement Center, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Terry's name to the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation. http://support.themmrf.org/goto/TEM
