Therese Louise Hardesty

Therese Louise Hardesty, 42, passed away August 11, 2015. Therese was a tender, loving soul searching for peace and happiness. One that would try to help others when she was in need herself. A true lover of the mountains, nature and all of God's animals. During her working life, Therese taught at the college level in areas of Early American Archeology, Culture, and History, subjects for which she had a real passion. Surviving family members include: her mother, Eunice Francis; her father, Jake Hardesty, sister, Shelley Gaidaroff and husband, Walter; sister, Carolyn Downey and husband, Larry; brother, Greg Martin and wife, Pamela; sister, Mary Ellen Moon and husband, Gil; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Therese was preceded in death by brother, Charles Martin and sister, Holly Hardesty. A Rosary and Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, August 17, 2015, at Smith & Kernke Chapel, 1401 N.W. 23rd Street, Oklahoma City, OK.
