Toby passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his family, after a courageous battle with cancer; his positive spirit throughout this experience, was an inspiration to us all. A LIFE WELL LIVED Toby was born in Oklahoma City, graduating from John Marshall High School Class of 1976. He graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology and with a Master of Science in Engineering and Technology Management in 2005. He met his beautiful wife, the love of his life, Patricia "Trish", while working in Muskogee and they married in 1984. He retired in 2016. His passions included restoring classic cars with meticulous detail, spending time on the golf course, and traveling. Throughout his career, he mentored, guided, and taught many, with an endless patient demeanor, while valuing personal relationships.
