Travis Stocking, 25, of Oklahoma City, formerly of Guthrie, OK and Russellville, Arkansas, died Sunday, June 1, 2014. He was born April 7, 1989 in Hot Springs, AR. He was a valued employee of Oklahoma Bridge Company and served as a Marine Reservist for six years. Travis was preceded in death by his grandfather, Bernard C. Stocking. He is survived by his parents, Stephanie Wilson Frank of Oklahoma and Michael and Rhonda Stocking of Russellville, AR; three brothers, Christopher Stocking and wife Britney of Georgia (their son Talon of Russellville, AR), Aaron Stocking of Russellville and Luke Wilson of Oklahoma; a step-brother, Jonathan Hart and his wife Ali of Little Rock, AR; a step-sister, Michelle Hill and her husband Spencer (their daughters, Laurine, Caroline and Elly) of Highland, AR; his grandparents, Doug and Betty Willis of Russellville and Rose Stocking of Mitchell, South Dakota; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins. The family will receive friends during a visitation from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 5, 2014 at Smith & Kernke Funeral Home on North May in Oklahoma City. Arkansas visitation will be from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Friday, June 6, 2014 at Shinn Funeral Home in Russellville, AR. The funeral service, officiated by Rev. Randy Kinnick, will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 7, 2014 at Free Will Baptist Church in Russellville with burial and military honors at Rest Haven Memorial Park to follow. Active pallbearers will be, Chris Stocking, Aaron Stocking, Skyler Willis, Dustin Cole, Spencer Hill, Tyler Rachel and honorary pallbearer, Luke Wilson.
