Vivian A. Hall, age 95, of Oklahoma City passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2019. She was born May 11, 1923 in St. Louis, Mo. to Anthony and Anita Wicklin and was raised in Wichita, Kansas. Vivian trained as an X- ray technician at the Kansas City Memorial Hospital. There she met a young doctor, Clifford R. Hall MD, and after a brief courtship they married in 1942. It was a loving union that would last over 65 years.
When Clifford became a career Navy officer, Vivian thrived at being a Navy wife. With her boundless energy and can-do attitude, she enjoyed traveling, making new friends and creating a home for her family.
Vivian had many passions in her life including the arts and her feline companions. She was skilled at painting, sewing, gardening, stained glass and jewelry making. She was a tireless volunteer and loved her church and the Lord.
Vivian is survived by daughters Jean Felix of Oklahoma City and Lee McDonald (Bill) of DuPont, Washing- ton; granddaughters Katie McDonald and Emily Doran (Mike) of Twisp, WA; great grandsons Evan and Nathan Doran. She is preceded in death by her husband Clifford R. Hall and son George A. Hall. Her family wishes to thank Mercy Hospice nurses, her caregivers, and her friends at St. Augustine Episcopal Church.
The family will receive friends at Smith and Kernke from 4 - 6PM Wednesday, April 24th. Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 25th at 3PM at St. Augustine of Canterbury Episcopal Church. Interment will be at Fort Gibson National Cemetery.
