Vivian Donovan

Vivian Rosalie Donovan, 94, passed away in Denver, CO at Hallmark Nursing Center on March 17th. She was born Sept 5, 1915 in Marshalltown, Iowa. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Joseph; they resided in Oklahoma City for 62 years where Mr. Donovan was president of Industrial Gasket and Packing Company. They were lifelong members of Christ the King Catholic Church where Vivian was very active in the Garden Club, Altar Society and volunteering at the school. They spent their leisure time at their lake house on Lake Eufaula. She is survived by a son, Charles Patrick Donovan; daughters Sandra Bruggeman and Susan Allocca, both of Evergreen, CO, daughters Liz Stauter of Denver, CO and Mary Ransome of Baxter Springs, KS; grandchildren Mark Allocca of Collegeville, PA, Angela Sherman of Thornton, CO, Jessica Kirby of Sandy, UT, Brandon and Holley Donovan both of Midwest City, OK, Becca and Jake Ransome of Baxter Springs, KS; 5 great grandchildren and sisters Jeanette Keeran of Santa Fe, NM and Tudy Edmonds of Houston, TX.
