Wilma Arlene 'Wilma Arlene Spillers Oa Oakes

Wilma Arlene Spillers Oakes, 91, died Wednesday, November 24, 2010 in Oklahoma City. She was born on November 17, 1919 in Oklahoma City to Mabel and William Spillers. She graduated from Central High School in 1937. Wilma married Charles Edwards Oakes after he returned from WWII. They established their home in OKC where they raised their son Gary. She was a devoted wife and the "best mom in the world". Wilma was a long time member of Epworth United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband. Wilma is survived by her son Gary of the home; grandson Garin and great grandson Joey Oakes both of Huntsville, AL.
